How do you compile/source your data?

Our technographics are sourced from multiple trusted channels, including case studies, white papers, software communities, job postings, LinkedIn profiles, industry events, product review sites, and third-party technology intelligence providers.

How do you validate your data?

The list goes through three verification checks:
1) Email Verification
2) Phone Verification
3) Social Media Verification

How often is your database updated/Validated?

Our list is verified once in every 45 days and also just prior to final delivery.

How accurate is your business data?

We assure you 90% accuracy on email deliverability, 95% on phone accuracy and 100% accuracy on the other data fields.

In what format do you deliver the list?

The list will be delivered in an excel spreadsheet format.

How quickly can I get a list? (Or) what is the Delivery time?

Our general order delivery timeframe is 5-7 business days from the day of the receipt of payment.

What is your list pricing?

Typically, our lists prices range from $0.20-$3.00 per record depending on the size of database & type of data fields that you wish to purchase/acquire.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Yes, we have a minimum order requirement of $2500.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All list purchases must be paid in advance via Wire/ACH transfer or credit card.

Do you have a replacement Policy?

Any data records we provide that are more than 5%-10% outside the pre-agreed criteria the same will be replaced within 48 business hours (or) else refund on the basis of cost per contact for those invalid ones if we failed to replace them.

Is your Data GDPR Compliant/Opt-in/permission-based?

Yes, the data is GDPR Compliant and all these contacts are opted-in to receive third party marketing emails and collateral.

What response rate, Open rate and click rate can we expect from your lists?

Depending on many variables in marketing program, our typical open rate has resulted between 15-30%, response rate between 10-25% and click rate has been between 1-5%.
